Bugaroos Tips for Kids’ Smiles

1. Brush Twice a Day

Use a soft toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes, morning and night. Pretend you’re helping Danny chase away the “Silly Sweets” hiding on your teeth!

2. Floss Daily

Start flossing as soon as your teeth touch. Floss gets the sugar bugs your brush can’t reach.

3. Eat Smart Snacks

Choose fruits, veggies, cheese, yogurt, and whole grains. Save candy and sticky snacks for special treats.

4. Drink Water

Water washes away leftover sugar and keeps your mouth clean.

5. Visit the Dentist

Go to the dentist twice a year. Dentists help your smile stay shiny and strong!

6. Make It Fun

Sing the Bugaroos brushing song, use stickers, or race the “Silly Sweets” off your teeth.
