Bugaroos – Refund Policy

We want you to love your Bugaroos products. If there is an issue, we’re here to help.

 

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect orders
  • Defective products

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at garrydearmond007@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

 

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Digital products (app content, downloads)
  • Used items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no cost to you.

 

Shipping Costs

Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
